We have been renting office space from The Professional Centre for the past two years. Throughout this time, we have found you and your staff to be very thorough, efficient and helpful when attending to our specific and growing needs. Jeannette, Margaret and Priscilla are very approachable, friendly, courteous, professional and truly customer service oriented.
When we were looking to rent office space in the downtown business core, we visited several business centres. We chose The Professional Centre because of its professional environment and the numerous administrative and technical support services that were offered to us at very cost effective rates. All of the office administrative management details are taken care of by the business centre, which frees up our time and allows us to focus on our business activities.
We have been very pleased with the facilities and the excellent service that we have received. So much so, that we are renewing our lease for another three years.
Nikki, it is clearly evident that you are committed to running a first class business centre and providing a high standard of service to your clients.

Dear Nikki:
Just thought I would jot down a few thoughts on my two and a half years as a tenant of The Professional Centre.
As a one person operation in Canada, it is very important for me to portray a strong corporate image to the outside world. Central to this are the top notch premises we enjoy here at 120 Adelaide and the support I receive from you, Priscilla, Margaret and Jeannette. Many times I have received positive feedback from callers and visitors regarding their interactions with "my staff"!
I have found the environment in the office to be collegial with the other tenants being friendly - the inherent isolation of a one-person office has not been an issue. The mix of tenants makes for an interesting and stimulating environment. I have made friendships that have continued outside the office.
The level of professionalism is excellent across the board - I have never been disappointed by the responsiveness of everyone working here. I truly consider the support staff and you an integral part of Fitch Canada.
Without reservation I would recommend The Professional Centre to anyone looking for office facilities. Thank you for making my job easier and for contributing to the success of Fitch Ratings in Canada.

Given that I am entering my third year of occupancy in the Centre, I wanted to take a moment to relay my thoughts to you.
First and foremost, I want to highly commend the work that Priscilla, Margaret, and Jeannette undertake for us. Their commitment to excellence, professionalism, and efficiency is of paramount importance to me. Their willingness and ability to project such high standards has reflected well for Graham Financial Corporation. I have received many unsolicited, positive responses from clients and associates who have had contact with them when phoning or visiting our office. Those qualities, when combined with their warm and pleasant personalities, make this a very pleasurable office environment. All too often, those of us in business for ourselves are quick to complain when a problem arises but slow to take a moment to pass on compliments for a job well done.
As you know, I moved over from a competitor of yours four years ago, partly because of the deterioration in the quality of their service. My objective in selecting a replacement was quite simple: to find a business centre where I could focus all of my energy on developing and serving clients and not have to worry about the nitty gritty of telephones being answered, presentations being typed and all of the myriad other administrative details which can sap your time.
I came into your Centre with high expectations in terms of the quality of service and can only say that those expectations have not only been met but in fact surpassed in almost every regard. The telephones are answered professionally, the office decor and environment are first class in every way, and the secretarial support is nothing short of outstanding - even when the nature of my work results in extreme demands against tight deadlines.
As an added bonus, I have found the other clients here to be highly compatible in terms of their professionalism and the types of work they do and the size of the facility to be one which is small enough to permit you to get to know some of the other clients and develop a bit of a sense of "family".
All in all, Nikki, I'm more than pleased with my decision to join your Centre. You and your staff deserve to be congratulated for running a first class operation and achieving an extremely high satisfaction level, despite having a group of what have to be the world's pickiest, hardest to please customers.
