Throughout this time, we have found you and your staff to be very thorough, efficient and helpful when attending to our specific and growing needs. Jeannette, Margaret and Priscilla are very approachable, friendly, courteous, professional and truly customer service oriented.
When we were looking to rent office space in the downtown business core, we visited several business centres. We chose The Professional Centre because of its professional environment and the numerous administrative and technical support services that were offered to us at very cost effective rates. All of the office administrative management details are taken care of by the business centre, which frees up our time and allows us to focus on our business activities.
We have been very pleased with the facilities and the excellent service that we have received. So much so, that we are renewing our lease for another three years.

Just thought I would jot down a few thoughts on my two and a half years as a tenant of The Professional Centre.
As a one person operation in Canada, it is very important for me to portray a strong corporate image to the outside world. Central to this are the top notch premises we enjoy here at 120 Adelaide and the support I receive from you, Priscilla, Margaret and Jeannette. Many times I have received positive feedback from callers and visitors regarding their interactions with "my staff"!
I have found the environment in the office to be collegial with the other tenants being friendly - the inherent isolation of a one-person office has not been an issue. The mix of tenants makes for an interesting and stimulating environment. I have made friendships that have continued outside the office.
The level of professionalism is excellent across the board - I have never been disappointed by the responsiveness of everyone working here. I truly consider the support staff and you an integral part of Fitch Canada.

lt has been almost seven years since l first became a client of The Professional Centre. l thought it might be appropriate to reflect on my time with you and your Team.
There are many in the business of providing office space in the downtown core; barriers to entry are few and there clearly is a market, as more and more people look at starting a business, or renting private space close to their primary clients. There are, however, not very many who understand the difference between providing a commodity versus a first-class client service environment.
The major and clear differentiator between your organization and another with which l have had direct experience, is the degree of professionalism that characterizes the entire team. To a person, the team members are client-focused and service-centred. Pleasant and efficient service is a hallmark, one that has been noted by many of my clients who visit or call-in.

I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some recognition for the services you provide. Rather than provide you with a letter of appreciation that is general, I wish to make some specific comments about why I value your services so that you can be very direct with clients and other interested persons about what you do and why your business centre is superior.
The physical premises are well designed. The office sizes and boardrooms are efficient and functional. The existence of two kitchens is optimal. The access to boardrooms even for a heavy user like myself is exceptional. I also note that you have regular cleaning of the carpets, as well as paint, furniture and trim touch ups to keep the premises appealing fresh at all times.
You obviously have an excellent relationship with the landlord, Oxford. Requests for HVAC and lighting adjustments would often be responded to in less than 30 minutes by capable and courteous professionals. The offices, washrooms and hallways were always maintained in a meticulous fashion.
Reception hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with continual staffing all day long are very helpful and essential to managing a small business. I have been in your office for over six years. Never once was reception ever abandoned.
Reception is also important to manage client arrivals and to have coverage for those times when third parties are making inquiries in your absence by telephone or in person. Never once was an inquiry made that was not addressed and taken care of professionally.
Very seldom did I ever experience telephone, Internet or photocopier interruptions and, when I did, it was third party issues, never a problem caused by your staff. Furthermore, you and your staff made it a priority to rectify the matter as much as it was a priority to me.
It goes without saying that your staff is highly effective and consummate professionals. The courtesy and effectiveness is on par to that which I strive for in my office. I have thoroughly enjoyed Margaret and Jeanette at reception. I view them as professional colleagues. I am of the same view with respect to Priscilla, who continuously solved every obscure WORD formatting problem I ever had with enthusiasm and courtesy.
The collegiality you have established in the office is highly worthy of recognition. All of your tenants are approachable and yet everyone is discrete and respectful of confidentiality. The Christmas event you hold ever year promotes these collegial bonds and is greatly appreciated.
You always display a sense of enthusiasm and understanding of small businesspersons. I believe that comes from your own small business experience. For instance, you always accommodated my needs for expansion and contraction during the 2008 financial market problems, and otherwise at many times over the past six years. I was always treated respectfully in the manner of a true business partner. This “let's work together approach” is transferred to your staff who also continuously display the same understanding and positive demeanour. As it is said, a good environment “comes from the top".
When one reviews the foregoing, I would hope that it is very apparent why your services are exceptional, and I have been very fortunate to be one of your occupants.
